If they offer new character skin options like more hairstyles, tattoos etc… then they gotta offer a way to change those looks on current characters. Like say a remodeling vendor or magic item.

If they’re gonna add new options they should let us change our current characters once for free, and again for free once for each time they add new options.

barber shop! i like changing my hairstyles
with my 292 (excluding starters) dyes i have so many options, i change the colors every hour or more often, not being able to change my hairstyle is kinda bothering

Well, since the endgame content is about aesthetics, this should be an option for us in GW2.
