ArenaNet, would you please consider putting character slots on sale for the New Year as this is the perfect time for this sale to be offered; a new year, a new character, a fresh start…it makes perfect sense. I expect it would garner many additional character slot purchases due to this time of starting a new year.

I second this. I have gems waiting in my box to jump on it.

Happy happy day. I bought three. only really need one at the moment, but sales are so rare… And hard to catch. One day?? Good thing I’ve been faithfully checking the store every day in anticipation of this very sale. And 25% off is solid, thanks for that.

Last time I bought a character slot I was waiting for several days just in case they happened to go on sale…then I went ahead and bought one and a few hours later they popped up on sale. I was miffed…but I bought another from the sale anyway. This time I figured I would politely request, wait a week, and then buy just one if they didn’t go on sale.

In the past I’ve gotten 3-4 with each sale, but since my eyes have opened more recently to the practices of the company and developers, I am buying zero.

I’m an altaholic so I only allow myself to buy slots when they’re on sale. I bought two slots. Man, I was waiting for this. Thanks OP ;D

I am so disappointed…
I play every day (on an EU server).
I bought gems in December hoping there will be a character slot sale.
On Friday even if I was on a 24h round duty I managed to connect at work and checked the black lion for what I had to sell, but didn’t see the Character slot sale.
Will there be a second chance?

The french web page annoucing the january sales is bugged. The images with the details of the sale don’t show.

That didn’t help to be aware of the Character slot sale.
