… do they give any bonus items?

I’ve not gotten any undocumented bonus items from using them.
I do not believe there to be any extra “special” aspect to them.

According to dulfy, no. The Molten Sickle and Axe do not give out any special materials from harvesting.

Yeah, I didn’t buy them either.

Just wait until they go to complete the watchwork set.
