Guild Wars 2

GW2 gemstore released something pretty decent this week. Newly added to the gemstore are Ceremonial Plated Outfit and Belinda’s Greatsword (i.e. the katana) for 700 gems and 600 gems respectively.

Bunch of other weapon skins are also returning to the gemstore (Rox’s bow, Braham’s mace etc)

Ceremonial Plated Outfit

In my opinion The armor is one of best heavy armor in GW2!!

Many people think it should be using normal armor part!!!!

It’s probably the only outfit I really want to buy, but I really hate the shoulders on it.
Do someone know if that part of the outfit can be removed like the helmet ? I’m clearly not going to buy it if it’s to get giant shoulder armors on my character again.

Edit : Got my answer from someone who bought it. Apparently, it’s not possible to hide the shoulders.

Is it not unlocked across all characters?. I bought it for my warrior and notice none my other characters unlocked it.

Um, no it isn’t. It’s Grasping Dead Heavy Armor set from Arah and the Avenger’s Heavy Armor set which is a human cultural set. The third character in that loading screen isn’t visible enough to identify; but it doesn’t look anything like the Ceremonial Plated Outfit.

It is, just use the item you got in the mail and it’s unlocked under the outfit wardrobe slot. It’s quite nice that is doesn’t cost any transmutation charges to change your outfit.

You sure? Seemed like it when I looked upon the loading screen. I’m probably wrong anyway.
