Ordered and paid for rich Dragon coffer and Dragon Bash mini set, gems deducted but no delivery of items made. Appear to have lost my gems for nothing…………

Is your mailbox full? Try clearing mail even if it doesn’t say it’s full.

I’ve just had this twice- I tried selling and that was fine but have had no items delivered on my buy orders. Have submitted a ticket but no response as of yet.

edit apologies- it’s happened to me on the TP with regular coffers, not the rich ones.

I had the same problem. I ordered a Polla Doll and never received it. Recently I purchased 5 Transmutation Crystals at the special price and got nothing. My email box is not full (only 10 messages). The Polla Doll cost nothing but the game DID take my 150 gems. I can see receipts for these purchases but have received nothing. what’s going on?

10 messages is the limit. Until you go below 10 you will not get new emails. Clear a few out and you should get the mail in the order they were sent.

Yeah when ever something says x/x then it is full in this example its 10/10. Says it at the top of the mail window. In the attachment this mail box is technically empty 0/10 because hearts and story don’t count against the limit.
