i am wondering if other people are suffering from the same problem as i do, i bought some transmutation stones in the gem store but i never recieved them. i even tested it out by trying to recieve another item but i never recieved that item either. any idea why this is happening or when/if it will be fixed, and most importantly: will i still get my items?

Clear out your mail. There’s a cap of 10 mails at a time, so once you clear them out, you should receive all your orders/pending mail. If that doesn’t work, then definitely contact support.
