After buying/selling ANY item at Trade Post
item/money not recieved to Pick Up Tab
ticket not answer too 24hr
i have same problem.
Anyone have any idea if this is going to be looked into?
I can assure you that we are looking into every report submitted. We respond to these as fast as possible but, due to high volumes of tickets, it may take a few days to get to your ticket. Also, it helps to know the item that you sold, and the approximate time of sale, as that lets us more quickly narrow down that transaction.
I had this happen once, but I closed the TP, reloaded it and my money showed up.
