Guild Wars 2

I have issues sometimes with the trading post simply not loading. It would sit there with the spinning loading symbol but nothing would happen or simply not doing anything at all. I would have to log out completely and re-open to hopefully get it to come up. Is there a way to resolve this?

Logging out is the solution.

It usually happens when you go AFK for long periods of time. Something to do with the authentication certificate the game uses for the TP expiring after a period of inactivity, and once it does that you can’t access the TP any more. The TP is actually an external thing, not built into the game itself, and the game just accesses it, but after being AFK for a certain amount of time it loses access. Shutting it down and restarting gets the game to renew it.
