In the past 5-6 Hours I’ve made 2 purchases. One for transmugation gems and another for total customization kit neither have showed up in my in game mail? Is there still a problem with the system? Should it still arrive or should i be putting in a support ticket?

mail box full? I have the same problem with the black friday sale i bought.
and I just go and delete some mails and it pop in right away.
so try that.

Heya, I had the same problem and Proxcel’s advice worked for me

I tried making purchases yesterday and clicked a few times and nothing happened. The BLTC showed that I had made no purchases and nothing was in my empty mailbox. Yet, the gems were removed…

I even logged out and back in to make sure. Nothing.

I sent a bug report and logged out.

Later on I logged in and I had a bunch of the makeover kits sitting in my mailbox.

So, I’m guessing I’m stuck with the useless extra makeover kits.
