So… As one of the other threads in this forum states, today’s sale is on transmutation stones. Such stones being something I can foresee a use for in the future, I decided to pick up what my current gem reserves could handle – the pack of 10. The appropriate number of gems got subtracted from my account, the stones appeared in the ‘Recent Transactions’ bar – everything seemed good.

Then I tried to find them. Not having bought consumables from the gem store before, I first looked at the inventory of the character doing the purchasing… no stones. Remembering that “purchases” of free cosmetic items from events in the past were delivered through mail, I checked my ingame mail… no new mail with which to deliver the stones. They haven’t appeared as an item for pickup in the appropriate Black Lion tab, even if accessed by talking to a representative, and I even checked to see if they’d appeared in my account’s bank… nope.

Knowing that sometimes relogging can fix such issues, I tried doing all that over again with a relog… and still, no stones.

So… is there some nonintuitive means of getting the stones I paid for into my inventory that I’ve missed, or should I be contacting Support and reporting Evon Gnashblade for scamming?

Is your mailbox full? Cause you say you checked, but nothing new. Kinda sounds like it’s full.

Delete some and see if the mail gets sent then. Cause if it’s full it can’t get through.

If that isn’t it, submit a ticket

Yep, that’s done it. I’d figured it wasn’t full because heart messages were still arriving, but I guess that’s a separate system. Danke!

99.9% of the time it’s a full mailbox. Since Fine Transmutation Stones are another popular Gem Store Item (due to the spike in the exchange rate) I’m expecting to see similar posts all day.
