Regarding the topic, that’s true right? September 25 Patch Notes states:

• Added functionality and improvements to the Black Lion Chests, including a chance to receive new items like a permanent version of the Black Lion Trader Express.

Want to make sure this is true, otherwise the 20 BL Keys I bought from Gem Store were for naught, even though I didn’t get any permanent version.

Can anyone confirm this?

Yes, they have added these to the chests, although I’ve heard of people opening hundreds of chests to try and get one so I wouldnt hold your breath

What are the chances of getting any of the permanent contracts??? I spent all of my 30 gold buying keys and still haven’t gotten one. Ridiculous!
