Got one of these last night from a BL chest, checked the TP and i see them selling for 255g, just wondering if this is a backlog that people put up there, or are they actually selling?
They do sell, may take a day, may take a month. Just depends on the supply and demand. For months Perm merchant contracts were sitting around 150g-170g, now they are 250g+? leave it in there, pretend it doesn’t exist and one day it will sell.
Ain’t nobody got gold for that!
Grats. Also, if you wanna sell it fast and the cheapest is 225g, just put it on the TP for 150g and it will be gone in minutes or just wait ages for someone desperate or with too much gold and sell it for 250g
Note: I used to want one (and the other permanent contracts) but since going to WvW is free and there is access to everything, I just change my mind but anyway, good luck if you decide to sell it.
Yes, if you list it for 150g it will sell fast, because the person buying can relist it for 225g and profit around 30-40g off it. It would actually be wiser to list it for 180g ruining the profit margin and someone would still buy it quickly.

do you see every time the “sell listings raw data” price went up? only 2 ways that can happen:
- the lowest listing person removed their sell listing
- someone purchased the lowest sell listing
I count 6 times that happened in the last 7 days alone. I highly doubt people are removing items of this value from the TP when they are the lowest listing.
every time the sell listings raw data price goes down is when someone gets undercut
note that there is only 15-minute resolution here, so any buys or sells within 15 minutes of each other will look like one (so could be more than 6 buys)
If you want better than 15 minute resolution try GuildWarsTrade, it’s 5 minutes for the near term.
