I am very interested in the Permanent Hair Stylist Contract and I really wonder if Wikipedia is correct (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Black_Lion_Chest_), under the everlasting items I see those contracts and I don’t know if you can actually still get those items from the Black Lion Chest or they just forgot to update. Does it get soulbound once you use it for the first time or is it always account bound or does it stay unbound even if you already used it before?

I think the wiki is wrong or the drop rate is too low. If you look on the results people have gotten from opening them you will see that no one has gotten the hair stylist and from what I heard the contract soulbinds after one use.

I think it only came from Halloween 2012 RNG crates

It was the 2012 Wintersday presents you bought off gem store. I’ve seen no indication that the Permanent Hair Contract drops anymore.

Hairstyle Contract comes from the Wintersday Boxes that contained the 5 mini’s from last Christmas, my girlfriend ended up getting one plus a weapon ticket. This year we havn’t seen it but still is a chance they may do something with the hair stylist contract.

Hair Stylist Contract never has came from the BLC.

to the latter of your questions, it does become account bound upon usage (I bought the merchant version)
