What does this thing do? Can it change your height/physic/gender, or is it only for hair/horn etc?

Sadly its just Hair/ Horn etc. It would be awesome if they made made one that could change the rest

Got a hairstyle contract during wintersday. I sold it for a measly 76 gold cuz the price kept on dropping rapidly. Knew I should have held on to it.
