Could maybe anyone explain why the price has fallen down by 2 silvers in just a few hours? did anything special happen ?

They were used to buy keys, for the coffer in Kessex Hills. As the coffer has vanished with the new patch, the keys and thus the spores aren’t needed.
Expect a huge price drop as a lot of speculators bought a lot of them.

Aw, that’s a bummer. I was hoping it would stay permanently and be the start of a trend where other zones get some sort of additional loot mechanic with unique loot as well.

Cheaper spores are nice, though. Now I just have to decide if I want to buy now or see if the price goes lower… hmm.

I thought the chest was going to be permanent? I’m pretty sure that’s how it was advertised.

They are used in the new sigils and sharpening stone recipes… I highly doubt they won’t be used anymore…

Exactly. After the event was over, many people just sold their remaining spores because they didnt bother to get the recipes. Demand will be steady from the consumables and will rise when the balance patch hits in march and everybody needs new sigils and runes.
