I have an item I want to sell for 57 copper. Listing price is 3, and projected profit is 51 copper. It is as if I am being charged the listing price twice…

If there are no hidden fees and projected profit = sale price – listing fee, then there is a problem with it.

Maybe 3 copper isn’t much, but when you sell items for more, being charged 2x the listing price makes a difference.

I sold a few items and every time my trade profit increased by the amount of the projected profit and not sale price – listing fee.

Dunno how projected profit works since I usually ignore it, however there is a 5% listing tax and a 10% transaction tax. So 15% total for posting and selling an item.

Since when? I don’t remember there being two fees a few weeks ago…

And where in the trading post screens is this communicated?

There has always been two fees. I don’t believe it says anything about the transaction fee in the trading post screen.

This isn’t a bug, there has always been a 5% listing fee + 10% transaction fee the thing is it just wasn’t listed before

It would be a good idea then to describe that there are two fees.

Maybe once you post an item you get a confirmation dialog box saying there will be a 10% fee deducted if the item sells, do you want to continue, y/n.
