> “Proceed to Paypal” is grayed out.
> Upset

I have been having an issue buying gems since before Christmas. Keeps saying card approval failed. Went to my bank to complain and they showed me that not one charge had gone to my bank from GW2. I just tried using a new card…same thing. I give up…..
