So I bought some gems and it I received the gems as it says. No issues there. Then I purchased the transmutation stones (10) and I got the tool tip saying they are posted in my mail but I received no mail. It even says they are in my recently purchased items. Any info? Relogged etc. This was about 8 hours ago

Okay question. Do you delete your mail from quests and renowned hearts regularly? I had this problem at one point too and as soon as I cleaned out my mailbox I started receiving all the mail I was supposed to have gotten.

yeah I delete the heart ones after I get take the coin and my normal mail is about 4/10 full

actually I think you are right, I deleted one random mail and 4 more mails just appeared in…odd, thanks for the info

It wasn’t until I deleted almost every mail I had that my items started showing up.

No problem.
