Or only valid by credit card and gem card

Does it need spend out 4000 gems for the mini, or just purchase gems even I don’t buy Black Lion item?

99% sure you need to spend money on the gems. I see no reason for anet to give out special rewards to people without making money off of it.

According to their post, all you have to do is buy the gems. Once they have their money, they don’t care how or when you spend the gems.
