So I wanted to buy the medium armor skin, but can I only put it on one piece of gear? So if I eventually find a better piece and equip it, I wont have the skin on that specific piece?

You can use Basic Transmutation Stone to transfer it to other items up to level 79 and after that you can use Fine Transmutation Stone. You can get these stones from zone completions and off the gem store.

yes but why do i have to spend more money (gem store) or time when in guild wars 1 once you bought it it always had it. they need to make it like the HoM skins
