Does this include changing the character ears, because it doesn’t mention it? I’m an asura, just in case anyone is saying WTF.

Yes, the Total Makeover Kit will let you change your ears as well.

And just so you know, the Self Hairstyle Kit will ALSO let you change your ears, as weird as that may sound. (That’s because ears on Asura and Sylvari are the same marker as facial hair for humans and Norn and horns for Charr.) So if all you’re wanting is to change your ears, you can save money by just buying the Hairstyle Kit instead.
