Before the recent patch the price was 2s for over a year, now the patch comes and more recipes are dropping but the price is 20s. Can someone explain this to me, is it real demand or speculators buying it up? Buy or sell at the current price?
Anet likely didn’t want to remove the armor stats entirely because…well,
we’ve all seen what happens in games where there’s no disadvantage to taking your pants off.
The majority of sell listings disappearing about 11 days ago was me taking off several thousand listings at 2s, when i realized their droprate didnt seem to be as high as last year and my “items i have sold” tab showed that the demand was mostly from consumers that bought single recipes (or 2-3, 1 for each profession) and not speculators that bought in bulk.

You probably got some of my recipes too after I decided I could likely just reacquire any Celestial recipes when the Bazaar rolls back around in the event new races get released, so I decided to offload the few Celestial recipes I was still holding on my mule.

But the supply of the recipes didnt increase.
Wolfram Alpha is a computational platform btw, not an equation.
