You should be able to get them from most any store that also has time cards for big name MMOs and Xbox cards.

hmm, I always check when I pop out to eb or jb hi-fi but so far I’ve seen xbox and psn credit, a whole bunch of facebook credit and itunes.

Aside from the above, some GW2 fan sites are also giving away codes that you can redeem for in-game items. For example, I’ve gotten a nice Dragon Emblem town clothing shirt from DragonSeason and Nerdybookahs is giving away bundles and those same shirts these few weeks as well.

Note: Redeemed codes for in-game items will be mailed to you upon logging out and back in.
