Redeem code in the Black Lion Trading Co not working.

I sent the problem to support (yesterday) and I still don’t have a reply.
I payed real money for a gem card and I want to know what is going on, why can’t I receive my gems?

I have the same problem for real money i buy Guild Wars 2 Gem Card EU code of 2000 gem, and after entering the code from the card only appears:
“The code could not be redeemed. Please check your code and try again. If you continue to receive this error, please contact customer support. "
After unsuccessful attempts to enter the code I wrote in-game ticket to support (14.9. posted ticket) and now nothing.
It is not correct that we have no real money and no gems in the game please help.
Looks like I am not the only one with this problem.
