Today’s update:

Additional recipes for ascended back-item pieces have been added to the Mystic Forge for players who don’t play the fractals.
All of the ascended back-item pieces that required 1 vial of Condensed Mists Essence can now be forged with Bloodstone Dust instead.
A total of eight recipes have been added.

Also, low and mid lvl areas got populated through the invasions, giving you the opportunity to harvest the nodes while farming the invasions.

But why would we unless we had precognition? With all my characters at lvl 80 I had no use for it at the time.
