Well, as you can see, I just bought a quaggan backpack, but it’s nowhere to be found in my invertory or anything, how am I supposed to retrieve it ?

It should show up in you mail. Make sure you don’t have mail sitting around that might prevent it from showing up. There is apparently a bug where the mail box doesn’t show up as full(10/10) even when it IS full.
