I’ve tested this a bunch of times and the Riding Broom always disappears 3 minutes after I start riding it, requiring a recast mid “ride”. This is pretty disappointing, especially considering I threw gems at this thing. I’d have understood if it vanished after 15 min or so but needing to recast every 3 minutes? It loses most of the fun of the item. When I’m using such social items to fool around with friends 3 minutes is nothing.

Please extend the time the broom is rideable before it requires recasting.

The riding broom has no skills.

The unbreakable bell does the same thing.
Kind of annoying when you are playing songs and it gets put away

I realize that, but based on a trend from other implementation by Anet, the easiest way would be take the Halloween broom and remove the costume brawl ability. The riding, animations and times being the same.
