Is there any chance of this coming back because my theif would really like to have it, I have faith because Braham’s armor is still there. I’m sure other people would like it too

It may resurface when Rox/Braham are involved in a living story plot.

They have come back once before, I’m sure they will come back again. The only question is when.

At least you didn’t ask about this right after it left the store as some did with the first round of gathering tools when they brought them back.
