They are obtainable in the supply crates for sure (droprate unknown but seemingly low).
Don’t know about bltc though. Suppose not.
Scelerite tickets are In the supply crates. Not in the black lion chest.
Are the Sclerite Weapon Claim Tickets in the black lion chests or Southsun Supply Crates or both?
