Does anyone know for sure if these will still be usable after Sclerite Weapons are removed from the Black Lion Weapons Specialist?

The announcement says:

In just three weeks, my Black Lion Weapon Specialists will stop carrying the Sclerite and Winter’s weapon skins. Don’t miss out on these lovely weapons! Remember, these weapons are bought with special claim tickets found in Black Lion Chests.

There is a Consortium Vendor in Southsun Cove that gives Sclerite Weapon Skins for the claim tickets, so it sounds like that will still be an option, but (knowing that the occasional oversight is possible) I just want to be sure.

If you somehow still have a sclerite claim ticket, yes the vendor in Southsun is still there. They’re removing those skins from the Black Lion Weapon person.

Edit: Why haven’t you used the claim ticket yet?? I would have killed to get one when they were available. That whole consortium crate mess broke my heart.

Yeah, I got ridiculously lucky. Unfortunately, I just didn’t have any use for it in particular so I just ended up holding on to it. I was on the verge of using it and then they finally made the skins tradable so I decided to hold onto it and see where the prices went.

The weapon you get from that claim ticket isn’t (wasn’t?) sellable. Get the one you want or just unlock a random skin.

I’d almost bet that the special ticket option will still exist on the Black Lion Weapon Specialist as well, even when the weapons are removed from the normal listing. They don’t want tickets to become useless, and the issue with removing some of the less popular items is supposedly the fact that the vendor is “too cluttered”. But the special ticket options only show up when you actually have a ticket in your inventory, so that doesn’t affect the clutter of the normal vendor at all. Most players won’t ever see the listings for the special tickets.

But yah, either way, as said I believe the Southsun vendor still exists as well. And you might even be able to simply double-click the ticket to bring up a claim screen as well (I’ve heard that it works for certain tickets like the Golden Fortune Scrap, so maybe it’ll work with this item as well?).

They used to be account-bound, and any claimed before the change remained account-bound as well. But newly claimed ones should be sellable.
