Please, please, please…

For the love of TYRIA: Update the TP to allow players to select only the armor class they want to see. Its ridiculous! It takes forever to find A)armor classes B)exactly the item you want, unless you know the name and C)Nothing is displayed in particular order it seems. (Helm, shoulders, chest, etc.) So I am left searching and searching for my lvl 50 gear, looking for medium with the stats I wanted on it. It leads to double purchases of a particular item and also takes WAY too long searching for armor for my toons.

Does anyone else get upset @ this aspect of the TP?

Are you setting the level range to Level 50-Level 50? That should thin it to ONLY level 50 items. Also, get familiar with the prefixes (knights, apothecary, cleric, berserker, etc). The prefixes tell you what stats will be on the armor. It is the same for every prefix.

I have been a little annoyed at some aspects of the TP, like light, medium, and heavy armors being mixed in with one another. But I never found it rage-able over…if rage-able is a word lol. But the pictures can help tell you what armor is which before even looking at the description. All heavy, medium, and light have different picture sets. Its just familiarization, my friend.

Good Hunting!

also try to remember the name of the armor you’re looking for like “emblazoned” etc… if you search that with the level parameters theredmoose had advised with earlier you will be left with just that set of armor which will be the one fitting your character armor class.

ftr though… yes that is quite frustrating.

I hate how we have to offer suggestions for working around a faulty system.
