I bought a bunch of skins at a low cost a few weeks ago, i was waiting till after the update to sell it on the TP and now i dont have a sell option. Anyone else having this issue???

Make sure that they are not in an invisible bag, otherwise they wont show up in your sell tab.

They are not. And people in my guild are unable to sell their pre cursors. Must be a bug

What do those items say in terms of Account / Soul bound now?

Just as a note, Masterwork (green) and higher quality armor and weapons bind to the account if you choose to “Unlock Skin” (or to the character if you equip/upgrade them). The only items you can “Unlock Skin” on and resell are Common (white) and Fine (blue) quality as they do not bind to the character/account upon unlocking their skin.

So, if you purchased those items to unlock their skins and then resell, in the future you should be careful to only purchase white or blue versions of items. Also note that many skins are only available on higher quality items that require binding them to unlock and are not available in lesser quality versions.
