So I listed my guild catapult on the TP
Because it doesn’t update unless you reload the page.
There’s no auto-refresh and there’s no refresh button. The 40-50 listings below you were all bought out.
I doubt someone is going around buying 1 guild catapult. more than likely they buy 250. or 100. or even 50 at a time. maybe 10. no one ever needs just 1 catapult.
I would bet the 40-50 listings below yours were also purchased and you just didn’t see the page update (see Esplen). To actually get it to update, I find you need to click on a different section of the TP (go from buy to sell or visa versa or buy to transactions, etc.). It’s not enough just to go to a different part of the section you’re looking at.

If the BLTP is taking several minutes to update, even after refresh, that is really bad. I hope thats not the reason. I thought it was almost instant.
it doesnt take time to refresh it, it takes user activity…
rather annoying that they got rid of the refresh button because now the only way to ping for an update is to navigate away from your desired market and replicate your search criteria.

So if I closed and re-opened the BLTC and what looks like the same 50 sell orders it wasn’t an refresh/update issue? Some of those sell orders look like they are still there. IE there was a gap of about 4silver between a bunch of them.
Did you close and re-open your BLTP?
Unless you’re using the API, or a standard web browser you’re not going to be able to refresh fast enough to see how many things were bought at any given purchase (and that doesn’t account for multiple people buying at the same time).
Your question has been answered, so I suggest we leave this thread to die.

Mid week, guild catas won’t have that high a turnover. The only time you would see that high amount purchased is pre-reset. And with the way you produce catas (24 hours per guild production slot), you wouldn’t be getting 50 odd listed all at once within a few minutes. Just take a look at them or try listing 50 for yourself. It takes a long time for 50 to clear on the TP. I can list the lowest price and it could sit there for 12 hours without being undercut and not sell. There is something up with the TP.

Guild catas can be purchased from the guild commendation vendor without daily limits.
