I sold some orichalcum ore and ancient wood yesterday when the BLTC came up for an hour or so. I sold them almost instantly but there is no gold in my pickup tab and few minutes later the BLTC goes down. If I go into my My Transactions “Items I have sold” it shows that my items have sold.
Today when the BLTC came back online I assumed I would get my gold but I haven’t received anything yet.

Hopefully this get fixed soon.

Many of us are in the same boat but have yet to hear anything from ArenaNet. I for one will be severelykitten because it would be 25g worth of gold that I’ve farmed since early buy release…

I’m waiting for items that I had up for sale to be returned. Had a lot of my money tied up in the TP. So even with the TP back up, I can’t do much without the money/items that was in it…

Same boat. TP owes me about 22g or around 100 ectos. Dont have any of it in pickup

I didn’t get paid for the orichalcum ore and ancient wood I posted on the TP. I lost almost 15G. None of the mod’s have posted an explaination as to when we will receive our items/gold.
Therefore, I think its best if someone posted this on “Reddit” and publized this problem only then will Anet care. From what I have seen unless they see a huge reaction from the general public which shows them in negative light they don’t do anything.

48hours later, still out 25g and still no answer…

48 hours later still missing 40 golds in materias and sold items no answers

63 hours later, still out 25g, still no answer

76 hours later, still out 25g, still no response from Arena Net

Still missing 200+ Large Claws I bought 3 days ago, now I have no Large Claws and no gold.

90 hours later, still out 25g, still no response from ArenaNet
