I sold some items at the trading post at the highest buyers price but i havent received the gold. I sold the items 2 hours ago and still havent gotten payment. I dont know if this is the first time this has happened to me as i really dont check my gold when i sell items. I just noticed it now as i was supposed to get around 15g for all the items i sold. I double checked my items sold and the items are indeed sold.
Anyone with any insight?

Same thing here.
Pick up is not updating. Sold item, receive no gold. Cancel buy order, didn’t recieve the refund. Cancel sell order, item loss.
Lost like 10g =x

I think that should be changed about TP.
I want to have option to remove items in “I’ve Sold & I’ve Bought” same in “I’m Selling & I’m Buying”

Maybe you picked up the gold with another character? The TP is shared across all the characters on your account.

Same issue here, have sold items into buy orders, paid transaction fee, and it shows up in my transaction log. However the money does not appear in my pick up window.

I’ve re-logged multiple times over the past 2 days and it still will not appear. I’ve tried selling other items. Aswell as moving to a more low-lag area to use the TP. Still no money in pick up window. Aswell as making new sales will result in the transaction happening, fee paid, items gone from inventory. Yet no money to pick up in pick up window.

Filed a bug report, no response. I would like this fixed as I have no way of selling stuff on TP or buy!

It seems I’ve just encountered this issue today. It was working this morning, but I sold off some junk rares, and then some dyes and mats, but noticed that even though the items vanished, I never got my money. 60s lost. :X I am not pleased. At least not as bad as the guy who lost 10g, but…

Guys, i had the same problem.
You have to clear the pick up tab and the gold starts to appear.

I’ve had a strange problem with TP since day 1. I only get money for some of the items I sell and sometimes if I leave the money on the TP and get up the next day there is zero money. I do not make buy orders and rarely leave anything up for sale, so the TP que getting full is not my problem. Example. Yesterday I played for 10 hours. I sold tons of items to high buyers all day long. Should have had well over a gold in money to pick up. BUT at the end of the night I had 14 silver and a few copper. This has gone on for a long time. I can’t even imagine how much money I have lost. File a ticket? uh why? They will not replace the money. They will say thank you for reporting it, goodbye. lol.
