i would like to ask why haven’t the “old” haverst tools switch to account bound yet… ppl wasted gems to buy that to a single character. and now we see new ones coming with account bound and we have to waste more gems to buy something we already bought???

you can take them to a vendor in game and have them converted to account bound for free. Its in the wiki which guy it is.

Black Lion Vendor .. stands normally next to the TP Guys. You need to have the tools unequipped in your inventory to get the option to exhange them.

EVERY MMO is awesome until it is released then its unfinished. A month after release it just sucks.
Best MMOs are the ones that never make it. Therefore Stargate Online wins.
