Still can't purchase gems

I am having the same problem. I have tried two different cards. I called my credit card provider and they confirmed there is no issues with my card (that’s a relief). Can a dev please advise if this is an issue and it is being looked into? Is the commerce system being updated or down for maintenance? Thanks.
Have you open a ticket about the problem or just posting here? The only player solution I ever seen was one where you delay 15-30sec after entering the info and pressing the “go” button.

Do you know how many times I have been REPRIMANDED IN EMAIL TO POST HERE INSTEAD OF USING THE TICKET SYSTEM?
Every single time I put in a ticket I am spammed the message that I should be putting the issue in the forums.

Have you purchased gems on the same day and tried again? That’s the error message I got once.
There is an system set in that automatically puts a limit on how many times you can purchase gems per day (I do not know the limit but it happened when I was trying to buy some costumes and armor skins off the store. Bought the 800 gem once then a few hours after tried again and got that error). It’s there in the event if someone gains access to your account and decides to go on a spending spree with any saved credit card information. You can open a ticket if that is the case and they can temporarily lift it.
If you haven’t bought gems prior and still get the message then yes, I do suggest opening a ticket. I have never been told to post here while submitting a ticket.

Except there is nothing we can do here about a billing issue. I have no idea what tickets you submitted in the past but billing issues are most definitely support’s domain.
