Come on Anet pull yr frigging finger out 2 days now unable to buy gems in the uk due to load error how longs it gona take ? any idea???

ah so that’s why i cant get passed what selecting what country im in when i tried to buy gems for an additional char slot

poor show guys since we don’t pay to play you really should not have these kind of problems when it comes to taking our money

This is majorly annoying. The response from support today was:

“This is a known issue. We are working on it and hope to have it resolved soon. Please refer to the patch notes for any updates. "

I would like to know what the ETA on a fix is rather than being told vaguely “resolved soon”. Please give this some priority.
