When I want to sell something, I need to take the extra step of ‘buying’ first to see the price distribution just in case someone put a particularly low price as bait for folks who didn’t know better and who just ‘match lowest seller’.

I’d like this information to be available at a glance instead of having to make the extra checks.

As some have said, transactions on the TP consume gold and that’s supposedly good for the economy. That’s fine but some folks could be ignorant about the actual value of what they sell and I think greater transparency would be good.

(While we’re on this subject, when selling please make the default option the selling price input instead of ‘match lowest seller’. I think it would go a long way to ensure less mistakes are made by sellers).

OMG yes, very much yes to the first suggestion. I hate clicking an item to sell, noticing the item in question is only 2 copper above the highest “buy” price and is in very small quantity, then having to switch over to the buy side of the TP and check to see what the actual price for the majority of them is, then back to the sell side to actually sell it for that price (and sometimes I forget the price and have to repeat the process all over again because kitten ). Its somewhat trivial but at the same time its a hassle all the same, and it’d be great if you could see the price distribution of the item without having to switch over all the time.

The second issue I assume is asking for all fees to be listed plainly on the screen, which would also be nice (especially for the tax which isn’t listed anywhere).

Don’t really mind the third myself. People shouldn’t be selling stuff in such a hurry that they can’t even swap over.
