Hi all, I have a suggestion regarding the change to the Flamekissed armor design. Since it was decided to replace it with a different design, I think it would have been a good idea to let the people who bought it know about this issue. And by this, I mean sending an in-game notification that the object they purchased would be modified in the future.

I know that there is an official forum post about this, but not everybody reads the forum, and not everybody speaks English.

So if in the future something like this happens again, a think it will be a very good practice to send an in-game message to all the customers impacted.

Indeed, an in-game mail should have been sent out. And if it is for some reason impossible to send it to only those who purchased, make it a mass-mail like LS ones.

they actually DID notify everyone. it was in the launcher.

Because nobody ever reads the posts in the NEWS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS section of the forum right?

It’s not like it was on display in the bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying “Beware of The Leopard”.

IMO they could have handled this whole thing differently. Once they decided to pull the original Flamekissed and while selecting the new armor style that would be the basis they could have chosen several and had a vote of some kind (sent out email notification) after the base armor was chosen they could send email explaining what was chose and if that was not going to be as well received give an option for gem refund or cash (yes for those that spent real cash for gems to only offer fake currency in return is lame)

Instead they pulled it said they would work on a new flamekissed armor and said nothing. Then released the armor and expecting us to ask for a refund. That is bad practice.
