Yeah I wanted to post in the list of things we want in gesmtore topic but then again i’d feel it wouldn’t get noticed at all.
Kasmeer’s bikini for girls, and Lord Faren’s Underwear skin for guys, would be a great addition to the gem store, and although it’s been mentioned several times in that thread, they’ve been ignored by anet.
I’ve given up suggesting things to them :-/

Such a thing should have its own slot. It could not use the outfit slot, because then when you use things like goggles or get to the beach in southsun, you would still show your underwear as the outfit gets hidden, making the whole thing pointless.
So first they should add a slot for the underwear/swimwear, so you can both dye the default underwear (and accessories if your current hair/beard style has dyable parts), and change to other swimgear you may have acquired.
There should also be some places were this is shown other than Southsun’s beach and diving goggles, like some sort of beach volleyball-like activity (e.g.: Crab toss).

Big thumbs down from me. I like the direction they’re taking with combat suitable outfits. Of course, I’m all in favour of something that feels tropical and summery (maybe something….tribal or Elonian style gear), but swimsuits? No thanks.
Would make more sense underwater then swimming in two tons of metal.

i would like it, nothing wrong with more armor skin options.
and in case you’re worried about it not fitting in the game, i have seen players fighting in lowbie areas in their underwear/bikini, the whole bikini idea was not even invented in the time frame the game is representing yet they look so modern it’s like victoria’s secret had a hand in it….
I’m annoyed A-Net hasn’t released them yet. I’ve been saving gems for almost a year to buy each and every single possible design for my female human toons. If they release only 1 type I’m gonna be kittened. I want some one piece ones, frilly ones, black ones, school uniform and som…. o crap chris hansen is on the prowl.
