I don’t know why no one talking about it

Since 2-3 weeks before, I having a very big problem on TP
Every times I check “Items I’ve Sold/Bought”, there is VERY HIGH chance of “No Results”
And now they even happens on “Items I’m Selling/Buying”

Is it my problem only ??
Because I have 3xxxx Sold Order and 7xxxx Bought Order ??
Or everyone having the same problem ???

I got exactly the same problem except my ’ I’m selling/buying’ are fine.
I also believe this is somewhat connected to the amount of items you’ve sold or purchased. In my case problem started to appear when i hit around 10k for both items sold and items bought.

I have exactly the same problem, has been occuring for a few days now.

Its also random and intermittent – ‘no results’ found. Sometimes I find it helps going to ‘items I’ve bought’ then back to ‘items I’ve sold’ and the items sold will appear.

I’m getting this a lot to. It seems to happen more in the evenings and weekends for me – basically when (I assume) more people are online and using it. It happens on items I’ve bought and items I’ve sold only.

I’ve had this happen a lot the past few days. It always happens during North America prime time which is between 6:00 p.m. EST and 1:00 a.m. EST (Note: This is because the difference between Eastern Standard Time and Pacific Standard Time.)

One thing I can always rely on though is it works during the morning time.

they need a better server to store all the information or something. maybe they could let us look at our BLTC information through our account on gw2.com as well. it would make everything a lot more convenient.

I don’t think the TP can handle the volume of requests being made or it’s just timing out because the tab you’ve looking for has a lot of records.
