A few days ago I spent about 70g on buy orders to flip. Earlier today I logged on to claim the bought items and the unfulfilled orders. The items I bought came in just fine but the money from the remaining failed orders did not.
The TP was generally being slow (when isn’t it?) so I waited several hours. Money still did not come back.
Can an admin help check this out for me? I’ve only just started flipping and this is quite upsetting. Help is much appreciated, thanks.
Did you… actually cancel the outstanding buy orders? Cant collect gold from the TP if it’s currently being used for something.
Yes, I did. The “Items I’m Buying” tab displays “NO RESULTS”. I removed everything in that section.
Update: Problem solved.
I logged back in just now, placed a buy order on something and removed the order. My money came flooding back o_O.
