Guild Wars 2

I bought a staff for a friend last night, went and picked it up and mailed it.. logged in tonight, the mail is gone, the item is gone, and yet it shows the TP purchase as completed, so now I’m out my money. Someone have any idea what’s going on? Was there a trading post rollback or something?

You picked it up and mailed it. Of course it won’t be in your inventory.

The mail never reached the person.. I’d like to think that was obvious.

Wrong mail? Always use right click→send mail function!

Or perhaps his mail is full?
