Good morning everyone,
I have access to every feature of the TP except for me to buy Gems. This has been going on now for the past 2 days where if I click on the “Buy Gems” tab the window will pop up for it as normal with the short white paragraph up top and the billing country fill-in-the-box on the bottom left then the cancel and next buttons to the right of that but the rest of the info on the page does not load. In the middle where it used to show me bubbles to select the amount of gems i would like to purchase followed by my card information to the right of that.
I have tried:
- submitting a in-depth trouble ticket w/ info and picture
- ipconfig /flushdns
- shortcut Gw2.exe, renaming, adding to target line " -repair", running to check if there where any files corrupted.
-deleting any cache files in my TEMP folder
-resetting my router
-restarting the client
-checking my ports
-researching any and every possible related “bug” and finding out how they where resolved.
Now I have done anyone who reads this the courtesy of knowing all the steps I have taken and things I have tried to resolve this issue on my own. I expect a little back by saying, please do not make any redundant comments.
