I saw this in the notes on patch day and have been enjoying it since. Just wanted to say thanks, cause it’s something I’d complained about before. I definitely noticed and appreciate it.

I always swapped weapon to cancel the rooting but understand that wasn’t an option for ele (engi I think could use toolkits to do it but not sure on that). The way it was done before pretty much matched up the character movement with the wasps, however, now it just seems kinda silly :/ well, sillier than it was meant to be originally.

Sorry it took so long, we had to catch all of the wasps and feed them meds to stop them freezing up… pesky bugs.

My favorite logging tool fixed? That’s great. Honestly I took peace with it never being fixed for two reasons: there’s more important stuff for devs to look on (if you look at it objective), secondly, if you move instantly after you farmed 3rd node, you rarely get frozen. If you anyway get frozen, a fast weapon swap seemed to cure it. It has become a reflex of mine now. With all this in mind, though, if they go on sale again, and i have left over gold, i’ll surely buy one, since it’s by far my favorite logging tool especially with the fix now. So Thank you Anet/Devs for fixing something small (but for some players important) thing.
