I just wanted to post a list of things I’d buy from the Black Lion shop that I doubt will ever be on it to see if there are any folks who feel the same.

-Asuran Travel Pass: your fast travel costs are negated for the month
-Alternate Transformation Skins: alternate textures for transformation skins, such as a red wolf or white raven for Norn elites, or an autumnal color scheme or moss configuration for the Gift of Melandru elite.
-Pallets of Colors: instead of random dye packs, 3~5 specific shades, this has been discussed elsewhere
-Alternate Particle Effects: some people have said they’d like something other than the purple butterflies for their mesmer

Just a few things that have occurred to me. Chime in if you have any thoughts.

I’d like a lot of that stuff. My Mesmer would totally love non-butterflies, like maybe neon green mist. I don’t know, something different than butterflies. And yes, pallets of colors would be nice, as would everything else you said. The Travel Pass and Dye Pallets would require very little time to implement and the others would be something for the art team to do right now while the others work on balance.

have a few different skins for skills aswell, like:
-necromancer minions, for example the gw1-flesh golem skin or some undead monkeys instead of bone minions.
-warrior standarts (they could show the guild emblem!)
-engineer turrets and weapon kits (some race-specific turret-skins would be awesome)

thats stuff i would totally spend my money on.
if thats too distracting or misleading in sPvp, then there should be an option to turn it off tho.

I was thinking of the “skins” idea just for normal abilities.

Like Skins for Necro’s Death Shroud, or maybe Mesmer Phantasms, or warrior banners, and w/e.

I’m saddened by the fact that all engineers share the same looks for equipment… esp when I see that there are existing models for a lot of different turrets etc.

Your other ideas are interesting, but I don’t understand the dye request at all.

You can already buy unidentified dyes of a specific color-type. You even get to pick what the potential rarity spread is. They’re made with cooking, and they’re available on the trade post. You can also buy exact dye colors on the trade post, as well as unidentified dyes. Finally, you can combine 4 dyes in the mystic forge for a chance at a new dye. I don’t really understand why all that isn’t sufficient for you.

indeed I DOUBT we will ever see a free map travel upgrade option. They purge any topic that demands it very quickly on all their game forums they run.

Something else I would buy that I doubt will will ever see is weapon unlocks. New weapons for like Rangers… Something like Crossbows or even other class weapons… Indeed we know we can use them cause we can pick them up and use them till we drop them or zone or they break… but why not allow people to buy weapons they want to use on their character? Or offer new weapon packs for GEMS? Again I doubt that will ever happen but its a good idea.
