Agreed, however I hope you realize that by adding that feature they could/would/should charge an additional GEM fee on top of that.
I’m at work but I believe the TMK is listed at 350 gems, you could then expect it to sky rocket over the 1000+ gems mark. I can’t remember what the name change contract is listed at, but it would be on par with that.
Adding name change to a TMK would make the name change contract obsolete, and they would lose money from potential sales.
They would then have to charge extra and not everyone wants to change their name when using a TMK or be forced to pay extra for a feature they don’t want.
The only alternative would be to sell another kit with a name change in it. But why do that when they can already be bought separately.
The alternative kit would cost 100 gems less than buying separetly or something. Anyway, I guess ill just gonna go transvestite.

Checked a couple plastic surgery place and they don’t seem to include name change service.
I was thinking about this today as well. It would be nice to see an additional kit that includes both items for a decent discount. I’ve used both the makeover kit and name change contract at least a couple of times, and purchasing $20 worth of gems each time gets quite pricey. Maybe a combo kit that costs 900 gems for both would be a bit more reasonable (you’d still spend the 20, but at least have a 250 gem discount). This way ArenaNet still gets the same amount of money from you, but at least you get a bit more out of in-game goods (which cost them nothing to sell for gems).
