I am new to the game, just hit 80 today and went to buy a single Rune of the Scholar (3g 18s) from my Trading Co. The transaction took my gold but I never received the rune; not in the pickup tab, my bank, my inventory, etc. This is my first 80, just dinged not twenty minutes ago, and I just spent 1/5 the gold I have on a rune and don’t even receive it… what is going on? Is this a bug?

Are you sure you bought it and did not just make an offer? In that case the offer might just not yet be filled?

you Might Want to check the “transactions” tab of the TP. If it’s there, what happened is you placed a “Buy Order” instead of filling a “Sell Order”

Checked “Items I’m Buying” tab which should show all pending orders, it was not there. Gold still gone though

Transactions order shows no mention of the rune at all, so I’m just out 3 gold with no proof I ever even looked to buy it.

If you know for sure you bought it, nothing is in your pickup window and no record of the transaction is in either “Item’s I’m Buying” or “Item’s I’ve Bought” then you’ll need to contact support, noting the item you’ve bought and at what time.

If anything is in your pickup window, take it all out and refresh.

You may want to wait a few hours to see if it shows up, since I have heard of lagged transactions in the past.
