I was wondering if we could access to the trading post without the game launch.
Just wondering if i can manage my orders and sell while i’m at work or in holiday without access to the game.

That will let you view a live version of the trading post. You need to log in to access it, but being logged into the forums should suffice.
If you have certain game session id keys, it is possible to buy stuff from outside the game. check the API forum for how to do this – it’s not easy.

It is not possible to sell any items from outside the game.
